I am writing to let you know that your on-site team, fronted by Jack has been first class. Jack has been quick to engage and has always responded to some often-difficult questions which we must thank him for. Notwithstanding Norman's leadership he has a good team, all willing to greet with a smile and proud of the work they do and happy to share that pride. Lewis has also been a constant, ready to put his hand to anything. I would be happy for the HVC team to have the lead on future projects.
